Usage & Preference Data: We record anonymised behavioural data such as which listings you save, your neighbourhood filter preferences, commute hub destinations, and search history. This data is used exclusively to improve your personalised experience on the platform.

Enquiry Data: When you send an enquiry to an agent or property manager through our platform, we record the content of that enquiry in order to facilitate the response.

Technical Data: We automatically collect standard server log data including your IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring URL. This is used for security monitoring and platform performance analysis.

To provide, operate, and improve the NHP platform and its features, including personalised property recommendations and neighbourhood matching.

To facilitate communication between you and verified property agents or landlords for listings you have enquired about.

To send you account notifications, property updates, and (with your consent) curated property or neighbourhood recommendations by email.

To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions, abuse, and other illegal activities.

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party advertisers. Agent contact details shared as part of an enquiry are limited strictly to the agent responsible for the listing in question.

Preference Storage: We use your browser's Local Storage to remember recently viewed listings, custom commute destinations, saved property IDs, and currency preferences. This data is stored entirely on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

Analytics: We may use privacy-respecting analytics tools (without cross-site tracking) to understand aggregate patterns of platform usage. No personally identifiable information is sent to any analytics provider.

You can disable cookies at any time via your browser settings. Note that disabling session cookies will prevent you from remaining logged in.
